Company Overview

When it was founded, our company produced sewing machine and aircraft parts, but has since utilized skills developed during that time to pivot toward the manufacture and sale of precision functional automotive parts, with a focus on brake and engine components. Our headquarters is located in Koganei City, Tokyo, and we operate two main business divisions: our Home Interiors Business and our Fine Components Business (automotive-related parts). Each division has its own factory in the Yamada and Nakoso districts of Iwaki City, respectively.
Additionally, as part of our green power business, we also operate solar power generation projects in Hokkaido and Yamanashi.

Primary Products / Services

We manufacture to order automotive brakes (especially bleeder screws), engine parts, and other highly functional metal parts which require high quality and precision.
We also manufacture and sell precision equipment and precision functional parts, such as fishing tackle.

Company Strengths & Characteristics

With our comprehensive integrated production system, we handle nearly all processes in-house, from material procurement to product shipment, ensuring total management across every stage. We produce high- precision, high-quality products in a timely manner.
In particular, to ensure the quality of the sealing surface of bleeder screws, we have a subsidiary which operates a dedicated galvanizing line.
We also have a purchasing department and work with 50 partner companies to meet a wide range of requests, from small lots to mass production.

Future Prospects & Areas of Interest

We aim to develop applications for metal parts as durable materials in EV automotive components, the field of hydrogen, and for robotics.
