Company Overview

●Our company manufactures and sells medical equipment and supplies such as our Dedicated Breast PET.
We also handle a wide range of products, manufacturing and selling fitness equipment designed to improve athletic ability, crystals and devices which utilize them, measuring instruments, and sensors.
●We have a track record of selling products primarily in the Tohoku region.
●In August 2020 we changed our name from Furukawa Scintitech to MIRAI IMAGING.

● Dedicated Breast PET - PEMGRAPH
Positron CT for Nuclear Medicine Diagnosis (40644000)

・Compact design. Motor-less detector positioning for lighter weight. Detector capable of vertical movement and ±90 degrees rotation to be easily set to breast with no compression required during measurement.
・Detector uses a Pr:LuAG (Pr:Lu₃Al₅O₁₂) scintillator, offering excellent temporal resolution. PEMGRAPH has a smaller detector spacing than whole-body PET devices, and performance can be improved by using a scintillator with excellent temporal resolution. Additionally, by optimizing the crystal size of the Pr:LuAG scintillator to match the detector configuration, a spatial resolution of under 2.0 mm was achieved.

Small, lightweight, and easy to hold and operate. Part of the trusted Gamma Spotter line. Offers 3 measurement modes. IPX5 compliant. Capable of measuring in the range of 0 to 99.99μSv/ h within an operating temperature range of -20°C to 50°C.
・Gamma Spotter F
A next-gen inspection system to inspect all aspects in pursuit of further food safety and security. Non-destructive radiation detector for shiitake mushroom logs: Currently in operation at the Tochigi Prefectural Forestry Center.
● Scintillator Crystals related products
・Ce:GAGG
A scintillator crystal with high light emission and density that is not deliquescent. Depending on the application, we are also able to accommodate consultations regarding short-life products or products with improved energy resolution.
・Pr:LuAG
A scintillator crystal with short fluorescence lifetime and excellent energy resolution.

We manufacture all PET and radiation detectors in-house.

Future Prospects & Areas of Interest

By 2027 we project sales of 145 units, valuing at 10.1 billion yen. We plan to allocate 2.5 billion yen in capital investment toward crystal manufacturing equipment, processing facilities, inspections systems, and factory buildings, allowing us to manufacture up to 250 PET units each year.
We are planning to expand our facilities in the Hamadori region of Fukushima Prefecture, with a cumulative total of 51 new jobs, including indirect employment, projected by 2027.
