Company Overview

Our company primarily designs and manufactures automatic connector and relay assemblers as well as jigs and tools, and additionally handles connector and cable assembly processing. Connectors have become extremely small in size and can no longer be manufactured without automated connector assemblers. We utilize our automatic connector and relay assemblers according to customer use cases and provide production services from prototyping to mass production for connectors and relays.

Company Strengths & Characteristics

Our company was established in 2001 when it separated from the connector manufacturer it was once a part of. In total, we have over 30 years of experience with manufacturing connectors. Using our connector assembly skills, we successfully developed a relay assembly machine. Our automated machines have received high praise for remaining constantly operational, not breaking down, and being easy to operate. We strive for our designs to be simple, allowing us to make accommodations for minor changes to connectors and relays by modifying automated machines.
We also export overseas to countries such as Taiwan, China, and Vietnam, in addition to setting up operations there locally.

Future Prospects & Areas of Interest

We hope to utilize our connector and relay assembly technologies to develop automated machines for the assembly of other electronic components. In particular, we are examining development of an automated machine for assembling switches in the near future. Although switches come with the challenge of assembling the springs within, we hope to finish our development project by May 2023. We are also looking to enter the robotics industry through harness processing and inspection.
