Our core business is centered on civil engineering and construction, utilizing prestressed concrete technology to contribute to infrastructure development. Recently, a shift toward precast concrete components in civil engineering and construction has accelerated due to labor shortages and the need for productivity improvements. At our Iwaki plant, we manufacture and supply concrete components, including bridge girders, floor slabs, and structural elements such as beams, columns, and flooring, to support a variety of applications in civil and building projects.
The bridges and buildings we use every day may seem ordinary, but our aim is to create structures that blend seamlessly into the community, coexisting with people and shaping the scenery itself. We aspire to be a bridge to the landscapes of the future and foster new connections for everyone.

Primary Products / Services

●Manufacture and sale of prestressed concrete products (JIS bridge girders, deck slabs, crossties, etc.)
●Design and construction of prestressed concrete structures (highway bridges, viaducts, railway bridges, general road bridges, water tanks, etc.)
●Design and construction services for the repair, reinforcement, and replacement of civil engineering structures (utilizing methods such as precast PC slab replacement, prestress introduction techniques, and electrochemical corrosion protection)

●In addition to ISO9001 certification, we have obtained JIS standard certification and quality accreditation for prestressed concrete components from the Japan Prefabricated Construction Suppliers and Manufacturers Association. Through regular audits, we continually enhance our quality management systems.
●We have implemented an ISO14001-based environmental management system organization-wide, with all employees committed to continuous improvement in reducing environmental impact.

Company Strengths & Characteristics

●Our primary products are prestressed concrete with a design strength of 40 to 60 N/mm². However, we also offer a range of standard reinforced concrete (RC) products.
●Our facilities include an on-site research lab used to develop high- strength concrete exceeding 100 N/mm² as well as concrete products incorporating innovative materials. We also manufacture concrete prototypes and offer tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs.
