Company Overview

Since its establishment, our company has grown by focusing on the design and manufacture of molds, precision pressing, form processing, and heat treatment of primarily automotive parts. With factories in Yamato City in Kanagawa and Iwaki City in Fukushima, we strive to uphold high standards while offering consistent quality and short delivery times through our integrated in-house production system which handles all processes internally, from consultation to product manufacture.

●Various types of thin-sheet springs: Handling a range of materials including specialized steels, stainless steel, brass, and steel plates to produce industrial equipment capacitor fixtures, metal fittings for school bags, and more.

Future Prospects & Areas of Interest

●With our expertise in manufacturing small and complex automotive connector components, we aim to enter and develop for the medical device component industry.
●We hope to enhance our processing techniques with the introduction of a servo-controlled multi-forming machine in January 2022.
