Company Overview

We manufacture prototype development components through our connections with Komatsu and numerous other companies.
Our extensive network allows us to meet diverse needs with quick turnover.
From our foundation until today, we have been producing prototypes of hydraulic parts for the Komatsu development group.
We handle a wide range of materials, from acrylic and aluminum to carburized materials. We start with base materials and offer machining, hardening, polishing, and lapping. Our specialty is in micron level finishes of inner and outer diameter polishing (0.001 roundness, 0.001 cylindricity, 0.002 straightness)
We offer hole processing for holes starting at Φ0.1 in diameter. To meet any design-related requests, we utilize our in-house equipment and a network of partner companies to accommodate all types of prototypes, handling all measurements and inspections, sheet metal
products, and spline processing (including gear grinding).
