Our company was founded as a specialized manufacturer of phosphite esters and has since provided a wide range of fine chemical products, focusing on additives such as heat resistance enhancers for plastics, fibers, and rubber, antioxidants, modifiers, and extreme pressure enhancers for lubricants. We have also supplied additives for electronic materials and intermediates for pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals.
More recently, we have focused on developing chemical products to meet a diverse array of needs. We have earned a solid reputation for our response to detailed customization requests from customers who require made-to-order production and custom synthesis.

We are one of the world’s few specialized manufacturers of phosphite esters. This specialized niche fills a variety of needs across industries and applications, and to meet those needs we offer a standard lineup of over 100 products. To respond to fluctuating demands and requests for detailed customizations, we are equipped with facilities and systems to handle the entirety of the process, from product development to prototyping and mass production.
Our greatest strength is in our continued improvement of our technological capabilities through the development and enhancement of our products. By continuing to meet diverse needs, we have secured stable performance not dependent on any specific industry. Over the past 10 years, our sales have grown 1.5 times, and 6 times in the electronic materials field, which has been a new area of focus.

Founded over 65 years ago, our company has supplied fine chemical products to a range of industries such as the automotive, synthetic resin, and in more recent years the electronic materials industry.
One of our core missions is to continue growing and further enhance quality to supply products to the critical electronic materials sector, which serves as a central part of societal infrastructure, and in turn to cutting-edge technology fields.
