Our company got its start as a temporary staffing agency providing assistance with large volumes of waste from the earthquake and nuclear accident. Our parent company, Tsubasa Construction, handles construction, paving, dredging, water supply facilities construction, and demolition work, and we mainly provide temporary staffing for those same areas. We also operate an industrial waste transportation and
recycling business.

We are currently working in collaboration with a technical college to develop a new environmentally friendly bio-hardener product.
As part of our efforts to effectively utilize rice straw, we are developing a material that solidifies within a few days by finely pulverizing the straw and blending it with nature-derived components. Our hope is for its use
in construction material and other materials for daily life use.
