and commercialization of bellows-based products—primarily metal bellows, through unique technology and continuous effort. In recent years in particular, our technology and products have been highly valued in
fields requiring advanced fluid control, such as semiconductors, nuclear power, petrochemicals, and heavy electrical equipment, with our (1) bellows valves and (2) diaphragm valves regarded as essential equipment

Our main products are bellows valves which are primarily used in fields that require isolation between internal and external environments (areas demanding high-level air tightness).
●Fields that require clean room operations, such as semiconductors, LCDs, food processing, and vacuum industries.Fields where it is essential to prevent entrance of impurities and to maintain the purity of fluids as well as specific temperature and pressure conditions.
●Fields that require environmental considerations, such as nuclear power, petrochemicals, and heavy electrical (power) industries.
Fields that require the prevention of fluid leaks to the outside and the maintenance of internal temperature and pressure conditions.
●Manufacture of customized valves which meet specific requirements such as extreme temperatures, high pressure, and vacuum conditions (custom products tailored to specific fluids and applications).
●Our track record covers a wide range of options and versatility over a varied lineup from miniature pipe sizes which enable precise fluid control, to large capacity 350A pipes as well as different types of pipe openings and a variety of fluid pathways.

With our track record in fluid control under harsh conditions such as low temperatures, high temperatures, vacuum environments, and high pressures, we aim to develop new seamless bellows by combining our in-house produced seamless bellows with new materials. Through these new products, we aspire to address extremely demanding environments such as new energy, space, and deep-sea applications.
