Company Overview

Our company has been dedicated to manufacturing gears and mechanical parts since before WWII. In 1990 our operations moved our factory from Tokyo’s Ota Ward to Iwaki City. Today our head office is in Ota Ward, Tokyo, and we have factories in Kawasaki and Iwaki-yoshima. In 2017 we expanded our Iwaki Factory into its third facility. We strive to meet our customer’s needs, working on items large and small, and have established a production system that can handle everything from prototypes, to small-lot production of diversified products, to mass- produced products.

Primary Products / Services

We handle large-scale gears for industrial machinery, specialized gears for manufacturing, long gears, and precision gears. More recently, we also manufacture medical equipment (CT examination table elevation devices) and robotics parts, as well as troubleshoot issues concerning wind turbine gearboxes. We are capable of manufacturing for a wide variety of gear applications, including aircraft engines, seal and release equipment at dams, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Company Strengths & Characteristics

Gears are used as key components in a wide variety of industrial machinery, medical equipment, agricultural machinery, and more.
With over 50 types of processing equipment at our disposal, including N/C turning centers, N/C lathes, machining centers, gear cutters, and hobbing machines, we work with our partners to provide integrated service from design to manufacture.
We can manufacture anything from small to large items (produced via casting), from prototypes to mass-produced items, and gears can even
be manufactured using iron, stainless steel, copper, or resin materials.
