Company Overview

Our company develops equipment and systems to allow our customers to automate their production processes and reduce the amount of manpower required for them. We take pleasure in developing the perfect equipment required at the high levels demanded, and can handle everything from small scale to factory-wide large scale needs.
Our company is made up of two parts—our machinery department and our electrical department. The machinery department handles everything from concept designs, to more detailed designs with strength calculations and CAE analysis, to processing, assembly, and installation work as well. Our electrical department handles both hardware and software development, from reviewing electrical circuitry that controls machine parts, motors, and sensors, to selecting control devices and coding programs.

We handle all control-related needs, making control panels for individual devices, plant instrumentation panels, power control panels, and centralized control systems.
●Assistance and Service
If any problems arise during test runs of equipment, we immediately work to find a solution and resolve the matter in the shortest possible timeframe.
Our machinery and electronics departments both handle after-sales service repairs post-installation, as well.

Company Strengths & Characteristics

Our greatest strengths are our design and development skills born from cooperation between our machinery and electrical departments. As a veteran facility design company in operation for 50 years, we also offer a wealth of experience and insight.
After taking into account all of our clients’ needs, we work to discuss the basic plans which optimize for equipment efficiency and cost.
From there, our machinery and electrical departments work together to discuss optimal ideas and specifications and settle on a final goal for their proposal. During development, both departments hold numerous discussions and handle everything from device design, to control circuit design, program development, installation, and maintenance all in-house.

Future Prospects & Areas of Interest

We expect digital transformation of factories to only expand as the number of workers continues to fall. We take great joy in using our skills to bring change and further development to our clients. Moving ahead,we have our sights on building production equipment for increasingly advanced medical devices, as well as automated systems in the fields of agricultural, forestry, and fishery resources.
