Our primary line of business involves the manufacture of kitchen products using NCT processing, precision sheet metal fabrication, and press processing. Through the techniques and know-how, we have cultivated over the years, we have established customer trust and satisfaction in our stainless steel material processing and manufacturing for kitchen items.
As we continue to shift our facilities towards numerical control and
automation, we have incorporated cutting-edge equipment such as bending robots, and strive to satisfy our customers with quick delivery times, high precision, and high quality.
Primary Products / Services
Our primary business is NCT, laser, and precision sheet metal processing for kitchen products and parts for homes and businesses (household kitchen
arts, commercial-use sinks, cabinets, cupboards, etc.), as well as air purifiers and housings for the pharmaceutical industry. In recent years our company has also begun developing, manufacturing, and selling its own products. We are able to flexibly meet customer needs with our knack for stainless steel processing and the know-how we have cultivated through our 60 years of sheet metal
processing experience. Our skilled engineers handle every step of the
process, from design to bending, welding, and polishing, allowing us to
continually produce high-quality, high-precision products.

Company Strengths & Characteristics
Leave thin processing of stainless steel to us! Our years of work with such
rocessing techniques have made us reputable in the field. We offer particular skill in welding and polish finishing SUS around 1.0mm, and handle both finished products and parts for kitchens, school meal service centers, fast food locations and more.
Our primary facilities are equipped with the latest CNC turret punch press EM2510NT, which can operate 24 hours a day, the semi-automatic welder YLM500P2, which offers high-precision welding,
incorporates the HDS1030NTR robot system, which can automatically
generate programs for consistent processing. Thanks to our process
management, we are able to manufacture and process high-quality
products at high rates of productivity.
Future Prospects & Areas of Interest
After many years of perfecting our craft manufacturing products for kitchens, our first in-house product was the hand sanitizer dispenser Fumdel. We then went on to create our CURVA POD series of outdoor products, which has begun earning a solid level of name recognition.
We hope to continue creating items our customers will use in their day to day ives, utilizing stainless steel in innovative ways to develop new products.
