Our company began by manufacturing frames for businesses in Iwaki City. Since then, we have introduced a range of processing machines such as 3D laser cutters, plasma welders, TIG and semi-automatic welders, ironworkers, and bending machines. Today we have a track record in precision metal fabrication using stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium materials, processed products such as cleaning equipment parts, stainless steel protective fences, and filter housings, plant construction, and installation work.

Company Strengths & Characteristics

We possess two 3D laser processing machines, a rarity in the city, allowing us to achieve precision as close as several tenths of a millimeter. Through our network of partner companies, we are capable of handling all aspects of business, from material cutting, processing, coating, and even manufacturing, assembly, and inspection. We specialize in precision sheet metal processing with high processing accuracy. Our company can also manufacture prototypes, research equipment, experimental devices, and more. We have high technical capabilities in hand TIG welding.

Future Prospects & Areas of Interest

Welding thin steel materials requires a high level of skill, but we currently face a lack of younger talent to succeed current generations. We are planning to introduce automatic welding using fiber lasers in an effort to solve this problem. We believe this will reduce variations in quality due to individual technicians, improve finishing precision, boost work efficiency by reducing labor, and also aid in securing the young talent that has been difficult to obtain in recent years
