We have developed a business which contributes to reducing CO2 emissions through the use of wood, a renewable resource, in place of fossil fuels. We process wood cut from forests to sell as wood chips and pellets. In addition to our primary facilities, we also own six processing factory locations.

Company Strengths & Characteristics

●We process wood from forest thinning, construction waste, and sawmill trimmings into various high-quality products such as paper chips, fuel chips, board chips, and wood pellets, ensuring that each is processed for its particular use.
●Forest management and revitalization are essential for the Iwaki region of Fukushima Prefecture, with its rich forest resources. As a company operating in forestry, we are expanding our forestry division facilities to regenerate forests and establish a positive cycle. We are also committed to the effective use of renewable energy.
●Three and a half years have passed since we began operating our large-scale wood pellet factory to produce a renewable energy source. This wood pellet fuel source is used in thermal power plants, helping to reduce CO2 emissions.

Future Prospects & Areas of Interest

●We plan to not only continue to manage our forests based on our FSC certification, but make further efforts to heighten momentum toward fostering the spread of maintained forests throughout Japan.
●In light of Japan’s national Promotion of Urban Wood Utilization via Forest Resource Management policy, we hope to contribute to the further utilization of wood resources.
