Company Overview

Our company celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2019, and since its foundation we have continued to manufacture ship parts and machinery. Equipped with multiple large long-bed lathes, heavy-duty lathes, and other large machining equipment, we specialize in the production of marine components such as propeller shafts, stern tubes, rudder carriers that support the rudders of super-large vessels, and pusher-barge coupling devices. More recently, machining tools have been replaced by NC machines, expanding the opportunities for young employees to play an active role. Our products are made for shipyards in Japan and abroad, and our aim is to manufacture products with high precision.

Primary Products / Services

With multiple large long-bed lathes, heavy-duty lathes, and other large-scale machining equipment, we pecialize in large component machining and the assembly of large precision machinery. We primarily manufacture marine components such as propeller shafts, intermediate shafts, stern tubes, stern bearing systems, rudder carriers for super- large vessels, pusher-barge coupling devices (articouples), and fishing winches. In doing so, we have successfully entered niche markets with our specialized products. Most of our pusher barge coupling devices are exported overseas. More recently we also process transmission shafts for wind turbines.

The power transmission system of a vessel is crucial for its propulsion and must satisfy the highest quality standards. Our company has extensive experience and expertise, accumulated over many years, in the large-scale machining and assembly of components such as propeller shafts and intermediate shafts for large ships.

Future Prospects & Areas of Interest

We own multiple large machining tools and specialize in large-scale component processing and the assembly of large precision machinery.
We have built a factory capable of machining and assembling large components, such as those used in wind power generation equipment, and have installed and are operating large NC lathes. We hope to apply these technologies to the renewable energy manufacturing sector moving forward.
